Free screening of films from the first Jazz Fest

Films from the first Jazz Fest that were recently restored by the Louisiana State Museum will be shown outside on the grass at The Old U.S. Mint on an inflatable screen.

Bring your chairs and blankets.

Convenient parking available in nearby French Market parking lots: Alongside the revier (enter at Jax Brewery near Jackson Square, drive down near the Flea Market); and Farmers Market annex lot across from The U.S. Mint, off Esplanade Ave.

This is a continuation of the "movies to Geaux" screening series, in partnership with the New Orleans Film Society and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation (funded in part by the Louisiana Cultural Economy Foundation).
