Free Dance to Honor Volunteers on April 21

The Community Center of St Bernard, in partnership with The Meraux Foundation and The Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living, will honor 18 long-term Community Center volunteers with an Awards Ceremony and Dance at Docville Farm, 5124 E St Bernard Hwy, Violet, on Saturday, April 21 from 5:30-10 PM. This family-friendly event is free to the public, and everyone is invited to attend.

The evening will begin with live music by Christabel and the Jons from 5:30-6:30 PM. The opening music will be followed by an awards ceremony from 6:30-7 PM which will publicly recognize the ongoing efforts of 18 local volunteers.

After the awards ceremony the music will resume from 7-10 PM with a live performance from Kristin Diable & The City. The Dance is sure to be a great evening of live music and celebration, so make plans to come out and enjoy the fun!
