Ladies bring your parasols and Gentlemen don your fedoras! Starting at the NOAAM, come stroll with us as we take you on a scenic tour of the beautiful architectural homes and aesthetically designed patios in this wonderful neighborhood of Tremé. There will also be a silent auction with artwork by Richard Thomas, Clifton Webb, and other local artist. Tickets are $20.00 (NOAAM members $15.00)
All proceeds from the tour and silent auction will benefit the museum. The mission of the New Orleans African American Museum is to preserve, interpret, and promote the African American cultural heritage of New Orleans, with a particular emphasis on the Tremé community.
The Friends of the NOAAM is comprised of dedicated volunteers who donate their time, energy, and creative resources to support the mission of the New Orleans African American Museum.
