6th Anniversary Celebration for Community Center of St Bernard

This April will mark the Community Center's 6th Anniversary of Incorporation. To get the month started right, the Community Center will be holding a free musical evening on April 1, 2012 at Press Street's Antenna Gallery, 3161 Burgundy Street, New Orleans. The evening will begin with a live performance by David and Roselyn from 6 - 7 PM.

The music will be followed by a screening of "5 Years of Caring", a documentary covering the Community Center's founding and growth during the post-Katrina recovery period. This award-winning video took 2nd place at the 2011 Pelican d'Or Film Festival and showcases the Center's struggles and achievements as it worked to assist residents in their return to normalcy.

The Antenna Gallery event on April 1 is free to the public. No reservations are needed and everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy a great evening!
