Vocalist, composer, and arranger Ray Brown, jr. joins Charlie B by telephone from Los Angeles to talk about the special benefit concert taking place at Generations Hall, Saturday, April 25th. The star studded event, "Friends and Family Celebrate Ella's Birthday," is sponsored by the City of New Orleans and WWOZ.

Just a quick hello to the listeners who noted my missing today's show. As you all know we are all volunteers who do our shows for the love of the music.
