Down here in the South we have some water problems. Too much water in Nashville.
Too much oil in the water down here at the end of the world, where the land hit’s the water, then gives in.
If the oil (spill) hits the marshes, kills the grass and everything that it sustains, that will be sad, to say the least.
Talk about the blues.
Blue waters turned to evil crude leaking from the dark deeps.
I can smell it from here.
I guess the shrimpers, trawlers and trappers can get a job with the oil people.
But we can’t eat oil.
* "Water & Steel" is a reference to the song of the same name by Southern Louisiana Native musician, Micheal Juan Nunez. This tune has been heard many times on the Blues Breakdown, and Black Mold's shows.
