Roots music icon Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown (1924-2005) dedicates this 1984 rendition of "Pressure Cooker" thusly: "This is for all guitar players, where ever you are. This is a very easy tune to play." It may be a simple tune, but I doubt it's easy to rip it up like he does in this performance. FWIW, a YouTube commenter named AscensionParish identifies his guitar as a 1966 non-reverse Gibson Firebird with custom a leather pickguard.
