A Stepper shows you how it's done.
The West Bank Steppers came out on the streets of Algiers on Sunday December 4 for their 22nd annual second line. HARAMBE was the theme of the parade, which means "Let's Pull together" in swahili. The Lady Buck Jumpers made a special appearance, and The Small Souljers Brass band provided the accompaniment. Check out the scene.
