The late Junior Murvin (d. 2013) performs his 1976 international smash "Police and Thieves" live on the UK TV show Later With Jools Holland in 2004. Famously covered by the Clash, "Police and Thieves" is the title track from one of the greatest roots reggae albums recorded, produced by Lee "Scratch" Perry at his legendary Black Ark studio.
