The Contemporary Arts Center at 900 Camp Street is excited to welcome WWOZ members with a reduced ticket price to see Kronos Quartet on Thursday November 14th. The show will be at 8:00 pm in the CAC Warehouse.

'OZ members will save $5 off the ticket price by calling the CAC box office at (504) 528-3800, or swinging by the box office between 11am and 5pm.
 

For nearly 40 years, the Kronos Quartet - David Harrington, John Sherba (violins), Hank Dutt (viola) and Sunny Yang (cello)- has pursued a singular artistic vision, combining a spirit of fearless exploration with a commitment to continually reimagining the string quartet experience.

In the process, Kronos has become one of the most celebrated and influential groups of our time, performing thousands of concerts worldwide, releasing more than fifty recordings of extraordinary breadth and creativity, collaborating with many of hte worlds most intriguing and accomplished composers and performers, and commissioning more than 800 works and arrangements for string quartet.
